Applications Accepted for Governor’s School of Entrepreneurship

The West Virginia Department of Education has extended the application period for the Governor’s School of Entrepreneurship to May 9, 2025. Students currently in Grades 9 -12 can apply for this residential, summer program hosted by Marshall University (July 11 - 20, 2025).

The West Virginia Department of Education welcomed 540 students to the 2025 West Virginia State Social Studies Fair in Charleston. Students in Grades 3-12 representing 43 counties submitted 349 projects showcasing individual and group work.
